As a new parent, birth or adoption, all employees are eligible for parental leave after six (6) months of employment. 3 MONTHS fully paid leave for primary caregiver Doberman offer 3 months of fully paid leave for the primary caregiver and 1 month fully paid for a secondary caregiver. 6 MONTHS full medical insurance cover Doberman offer fully paid health benefits for the full duration of your parental leave. 6 MONTHS job security Any new parent is eligible for up to six (6) months of consecutive time off. If you and your partner both work for the same company, you're only entitled to a combined six (6) months of parental leave between the two of you. In addition, our benefits package includes Short Term Disability (STD) insurance, which, after a normal delivery, and after a 7-day elimination period, will give you 6 weeks of 66.67% compensation.
